Our 5-stage Process

At BizProspex, we follow a defined process to understand your requirements, source and verify the required data, and deliver the project within the agreed timeline.

1. Establishing Contact:

The moment you decide to get in touch with us, we start by understanding what you need. Our team schedules a call, video call or meeting to discuss your requirements, target market and project scope.

2. Requirement Analysis:

Once we receive your requirements, our team reviews the project scope, target audience, required fields and data specifications. We then discuss the requirements internally, prepare the project estimate and, where required, run a sample project for your review and approval.

3. Pricing and Contracting:

Once the requirements and project scope are confirmed, we present the proposal, agree on the commercial terms and complete the contracting process.

4. Project Initiation:

After approval, the project moves into execution. Our team is assigned based on the project requirements and briefed on the required data fields, sources, verification criteria and quality standards. The initial data is prepared and reviewed before the project moves into full execution.

5. Project Steady State:

Once the project is underway, our team continues data sourcing and verification according to the agreed requirements. Data is reviewed for accuracy and completeness, with progress and feedback shared throughout the project.
